Recruiter Job of the Day: Senior Program Manager for Discord
Discord is an instant messaging and digital distribution platform. Users communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media, and files in private chats or as part of communities called “servers.” They are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Inclusion Recruiting Operations, to join their team in San Francisco, CA, or remotely.
As a member of the recruiting operations team, you will embed yourself deeply as a partner to the IDP team (Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose) and be the glue that creates a magical partnership. This includes being a key point of contact and partner for all events and IDP-related vendors, establishing key metrics and reporting to the business, establishing structure and cadence for reporting, and tracking team projects.
