Interview Management Platform, Take the Interview, recently opened applications for the Expedition Program for its latest innovation, the Digital In-person Interview. This program, powered by Google GlassTM technology, puts a spin on the interview process by combining the benefits of digital interviewing with traditional in-person interviews.
Expedition Program participants are able to access the capabilities of Google Glass integrated with Take the Interview’s Interview Management PlatformTM. This gives businesses a variety of collaborative tools – such as standardized interview questions, recorded interviews, and real-time feedback and analytics – in order to screen and evaluate candidates. Take the Interview is interviewing prospective companies to be a part of its research and will invite companies that meet strict selection criteria to the Expedition Program.
“According to recent industry research, the wearable technology market is going to explode in the coming years – revenues are estimated to reach $19 billion by 2018. We believe there is real opportunity for businesses to capitalize on the potential of wearable devices such as Google Glass to take recruiting to the next level,” said Anthony Cintron, Take the Interview’s co-founder and chief technology officer. “We are excited to be on the leading edge of HR solutions that can improve this critical business process, and to invite early-adopters to register and participate in this game-changing program.”
Take the Interview will subsidize the cost of Google Glass for key users, and has opened the application process for the Digital In-person Interview Expedition program to customers and non-customers. An exclusive group of early-adopters will be selected to participate based on a set of undisclosed criteria.
