TMP Worldwide logoTMP Worldwide announced the latest update to its recruiting software platform TalentBrew that adds a new focus on providing office locations and an improved candidate searching experience offering access to information beyond simple job descriptions. Available for both desktop and mobile devices, TalentBrew grants users the ability to include information related to the geographical location of a hiring employer and may include maps, commute times, and images, giving an even fuller view of each job opportunity. The new location component does not require the delivery of an address for each job description, relying instead on TalentBrew’s automated address mapping system.

The new release also adds advance search functions such as zip code or city proximity and the ability to search for jobs within a maximum distance from a central location. This is a benefit for both job seekers and employers who can ensure that their job postings attract not only nearby applicants but also those willing to relocate to their area.

“TMP is dedicated to being at the forefront of the latest trends in technology and to offering the best possible candidate experience. We do this by continually enhancing TalentBrew to provide our clients with tools and improvements that connect them to a higher level of talent across the web,” said Matt Lamphear, senior vice president of Interactive Products at TMP Worldwide. “Location information is not what is next – it is now. Employers can improve talent acquisition strategies by leveraging location-based and location-aware tools more often, and this enhancement is a major step.”
