The infographic, titled “16 Hiring Problems You Need to Solve in 2016,” outlines a number of problems that recruiters are facing today – problems that they need to address ASAP. Otherwise, 2016 could be a pretty rough year.
Among the challenges the infographic mentions:
- If your salary offers are too low, job seekers will be less likely to purchase goods or services from your company.
- Job seekers want to meet other employees at the company during the hiring process – but only 12 percent of organizations allow them to do so.
- More than two-thirds of hiring managers feel that recruiters’ screening practices are “inadequate.”
