As an introvert myself, I know the struggle is real. Meeting new people is hard enough as it is. When those new people are also evaluating you as a potential hire, it’s practically torture.

Luckily, we introverts are not prisoners of our personalities. There are plenty of things we can do before, during, and after the interview to ward off anxiety, maximize performance, and make a positive impact on potential employers. A new infographic  from online lender CashNetUSA  outlines some of the ways introverts can activate their skills in the interview process.
