This is for a developing professional individual contributor in Placement who works under moderate supervision. He or she runs analytics, assists with negotiations and participates in all aspects of year two of the TRAC Associate program.

Job Profile Description

Runs analytics and evaluates clients' insurance programs to better serve clients. Cultivates a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients. Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under close supervision. Prepares proposal components for more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities. Completes all aspects of the TRAC Associate program, year two. This is for a developing professional individual contributor in Placement who works under moderate supervision. He or she runs analytics, assists with negotiations and participates in all aspects of year two of the TRAC Associate program.
