Job Description

  • Supports marketing, sales, and creative teams in the development and execution of promotional programs including brochures, sales sheets, direct mail, advertising, and web content.
  • Performs basic research and prepare documents and other marketing materials.
  • Provides logistical support through planning, scheduling and coordination.
  • Helps with task administration, ensuring requests are submitted, tracked and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Assists with or drives marketing projects as needed.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality is achieved within deadline.
  • Utilities experience preferred. 
  • Our team is looking for someone newer in their career that can bring valuable marketing/analyst skills and capabilities, but is also looking to learn and grow within an entry-level/early-career type role.

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience Microsoft Excel

Preferred experience:

  • Basic data reporting and analysis
  • Salesforce experience
  • Ability to communicate data visually, i.e., info-graphics
  • Data would be pulling reports from salesforce and manipulating data in Excel using lookup and pivot tables, etc. Or perhaps receiving a spreadsheet of data and revising it to fit a different template.
  • Another preference would be for someone who can portray data visually using graphs and info graphics.
  • Potential travel but mostly local or regional, will need expense options for timecard, overtime possible but depends on need
