Experienced. Honest. Ethical. Not an assembly-line recruiter. Take time to learn about jobs I recruit for and their companies. Never throw "paper" or totally unqualified candidates at client companies just to see what sticks. Do not post jobs on job boards. Use targeted approach to find both passive and active candidates, including my own database/networks, LinkedIn, other social media, and customized approaches to different occupations. Consider recruitment process a partnership between myself and company and myself and candidate and strive to give a smooth and rewarding experience to all.
