I've spent close to a decade now consumed with the career development industry.
Since enrolling in graduate school near the end of 2008, I spent an astonishing amount of time in the pursuit of work in my specific field - resulting in minimal success. Over time, I gradually discovered that I wasn’t alone in this struggle, and have since dedicated my entire career to help people faced with the same challenges.
The decision to write my first publication “The Job Inner-View” came to me as sort of an epiphany one morning in late 2012, as I wanted to write about all the different successful and creative methods I used to find work in hopes that it could help encourage and inspire the millions of other people in adjusting to the “contemporary changes in job searching” I had abruptly discovered for myself during that time.
I was initially afraid to pursue my mission; unsure if I had what it took to become an individual "authority" in this area.
I feel that as I decided to "go for it," I've been EXTREMELY blessed.
In a relatively short time, my publications and insight have been supported and endorsed by some of the very best leaders in the career development industry, which include people such as Dick Bolles, author of "What Color is Your Parachute," Recruiter.com CEO Miles Jennings, and J.T. O'Donnell (WorkItDaily). They have all individually supported and collaborated with me, and are even featured in my most recent publication.
Flash forward- I've now written and created three publications and over one hundred articles and videos focused on career development and career transition. I've coached many others to succeed in this area, and even spent several years creating a platform for a mobile app. for efficient job search strategies.
My passion and mission are contributing to others through my services by integrating my own talents; including my individual coaching, writing, lecturing, educating, and sharing my own personal triumphs in a challenging modern day process of job searching.
