I wanted to be Michael Jordan and learned that great players have that one thing that can’t be taught: passion.
Growing up, there were only two things I loved to do: play basketball and enlist others to love the game as much as I did. Nothing provided greater reward than when a friend became a fan or when my team’s performance perpetually evolved. However, it wasn’t long before I realized the NBA would never draft a woman who could only dribble the ball off her toe. Nevertheless, my passion for continuous improvement and recruiting has not diminished.

I am committed to providing engaging client experiences that begin with flawlessly executed talent acquisition strategies that create the foundation for building relationships with top talent. I’m passionate about cultivating relationships and driving performance. Over the last ten years, I’ve exemplified this philosophy by executing all components of talent management—from planning and delivering full-cycle talent acquisition initiatives across 5 business markets, to creating and deploying award-winning employee onboarding experiences, to creating recruitment skills training programs-- as I further developed my leadership ability as a general manager while specializing as field talent acquisition lead during a 4-year developmental assignment. These roles have further ignited my passion to acquire, engage, and develop top talent.
