Process monthly wages correctly on time by deducting statutory contributions therefrom. Finalize Annual Income Tax Assessment and make arrangements for timely deposit of tax to the authority. Calculate annual accrual Gratuity liability and make provisions thereof. From June 2006 to August 2008 - Successfully owned/run a recruitment agency in India and sold before moving to settle in UK in 2008 From October 2008 until December 2015 served as General Manager in MEMSAAB UK LTD, HANDSWORTH, BIRMINGHAM, UK and was responsible to manage £5 million Turnover business of wholesale and retail outlets with major responsibilities include; • liaising with the customers and suppliers • Managing Sales and Purchases • Managing Company’s Finances • Handling imports and overall administration Since January 2016 acting as Director of two own Companies ie.
