Automated Reboarding Added to Efficient Forms’ EHX Onboarding Solution

Efficient Forms, LLC, the provider of Efficient Hire EHX employee onboarding solution, has announced the addition of an automated “reboarding” feature for payroll service providers to help companies ensure all employees have agreed to company policies. With the reboarding option, employees are able to review all current policies and explicitly state their agreement to follow them. Using EHX, employers can determine the frequency of employee reboarding, such as yearly or only when policies change. The feature also gives management and HR the ability to view the employees who have and have not completed the onboarding process.

Efficient Hire EHX now allows for HCM servicing companies to implement an automated job application, onboarding, WOTC screening processes, and reboarding to their client companies.
