beeline-logoBeeline, a global leader in software solutions for managing the extended workforce, today announced a merger with OnForce under Beeline’s portfolio of workforce solutions. These solutions include a vendor management system (VMS), Ellegro learning solutions (ELS) and now OnForce freelancer management system (FMS). Beeline and OnForce will deliver the first integrated solution that offers customers multiple channels for sourcing talent. Combining Beeline VMS with OnForce FMS gives customers access to both supply chains and their network of vetted and classified independent contractors.

The new integrated offering will combine Beeline’s process automation and analytics for sourcing and managing talent through suppliers, with OnForce’s ability to directly access and manage freelance talent. This will provide customers with a new option for simplifying operations and optimizing the management of their extended workforces. It will also enable Beeline channel partners to either add an independent contractor offering to their current services or to more effectively manage their existing independent contractor business.

“This is a perfectly complementary merger on every level – business, technical and cultural,” said Beeline President Doug Leeby. “There is very little overlap between companies, and together we solve a massive business problem in a unique way. Companies expect us to help them find the best people at the best price with the least amount of risk exposure – whether that is through the supply chain or direct sourcing. This merger will meet the supply and demand needs of our clients by directly connecting them to independent contractors without the risk of an unvetted and uncontrolled sourcing process. Companies will get direct access to just-in-time pre-vetted talent through private networks, which lowers costs and reduces time to source, while still complying with all policies and security measures.”
