Recruiter Job of the Day: Contract Senior Recruiter for Tripadvisor

Head into June with a new recruiter job !

Tripadvisor is an online travel company that operates a website and mobile app with user-generated content and a comparison-shopping website. It also offers online hotel reservations and bookings for transportation, lodging, travel experiences, and restaurants. They are looking for a Contract Senior Recruiter  with exceptional experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process.

In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications through a combination of behavioral and competency based interviewing, and monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of related Talent Acquisition experience with a Bachelor’s degree.  Prior experience in managing a large volume of roles preferred.  Knowledge of Greenhouse and social media platform recruiting techniques is also preferred. Previous experience recruiting product managers and marketing professionals in a tech environment required.
