Square, a financial services and digital payments company, is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for Cash App to join their team in Philadelphia, PA.

In this role, you will support hiring logistics and own projects impacting candidate and interviewer experience. This role will also help support Cash App’s recruiting and hiring teams in the EMEA regions.

You will:

  • Be a candidate advocate.
  • Be a master of logistics.
  • Own operational initiatives.
  • Have a high comfort level with ambiguity.

You must have at least one year of coordination experience. This can be outside of recruiting (i.e., administrative, events, office).
