Thumbtack is an American home services website. Its online directory allows users to search for, rate, and hire local service providers to work on various personal projects, including home improvement, financial and legal services, and event planning.
They are looking for an experienced Recruiting Operations Manager to lead and manage large-scale recruiting projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, and close. They are building a Recruiting Operations function that enables Thumbtack to attract, assess, select, and hire world-class talent at world-class velocity and efficiency. As a part of a three-pillar team focused on Recruiting Enablement, Process Improvement, and Technology, the Recruiting Operations Project Manager, will be responsible for managing special projects, including vendor management, operational budget management, programs, and systems.
Must-have qualifications include:
- 5+ years in project or program management ideally in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or people operations teams
- PMP and/or Six Sigma certification
- Experience in Tableau and Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
