The Technical Recruiting Associate is essential in supporting the rapidly growing technical organizations by partnering directly with sourcers, technical recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. This is a unique and highly impactful opportunity to help accelerate the business by engaging top technical talent across multiple fields (Engineering, Product, Design and Analytics). DoorDash’s industry-leading recruiting team will train you on how to be the best of the best. You will learn the top tips and tactics for recruiting top talent in a highly competitive market. This is an hourly contract position reporting to the Technical Sourcing Manager.
