background checkingAccuScreen, provider of online background checking services, has launched its expanded Online Background Check Service with a new interface that allows background checks to be performed more efficiently and without duplication. Additional functionality arriving with the release of the Global Control Profile (GPC) includes new selection field options, multi-browser compatibility, and direct document forwarding. The GPC lets employers upload documents to applicant profiles present on the AccuScreen platform for immediate processing and turnaround. Other improvements appearing with the GPC include:

• Entry fields for international applicant addresses

• Free storage for each applicant profile

• A country selection list

• An option for order due date

• A visible position field

• Name-search functionality with the National Criminal search and OIG database

“With the new one-page global interface, clients will be able to have a more user-friendly experience. With added functionality, making it easier to add names to an order, and reducing duplicity,” explained Kevin Connell, CEO of AccuScreen.com.

The AccuScreen online background screening interface has also been optimized for multi-browser compatibility bringing user experience on all major browsers on par with each other. Supported browsers include Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari. The platform is capable of handling a range of services ranging from social security verification through obtaining driving records.
