myStaffingPro Applicant TrackingKnown for their SaaS applicant tracking system, myStaffingPro recently announced an upcoming webinar entitled, “Go Mobile: 20 Tips for a Successful Mobile Candidate Experience.”  The webinar seeks to educate participants on the increasingly popular “on-the-go” recruitment market, sometimes called “mobile recruiting “. The event will take place Thursday, August 18th at 2pm (ET), and will be hosted by myStaffingPro CEO Bob Schulte.

“Our initial research indicated that over 3 percent of candidates are applying through a mobile device,” said myStaffingPro President Robert Schulte. “We found that this was a relative growth rate of 253 percent over last year. Because of this rapid adoption, we wanted to teach recruiters and HR Executives about the importance of mobile technology and its relevance to recruiting.”

Participants will leave the webinar with a deeper understanding of the processes and functionality behind a successful mobile enabled candidate portal. Every attendee will be given a 20 point grade card that breaks down the tenets of the mobile market by capability, functionality, formatting, and integration with applicant tracking systems.

In addition, participants can expect to hear:

  • An overview of the budding mobile market
  • Comparable differences between apps and mobile-enabled recruiting
  • Implications and opportunities for recruiters

The one hour long “Go Mobile: 20 Tips for a Successful Mobile Candidate Experience” will take place on Thursday, August 18th at 2pm (ET). To register for the event, users can click here.

Mobile recruiting initiatives have been in focus as of late, with major applicant tracking vendors integrating or launching mobile applications into their offerings. Bullhorn, a staffing software provider just launched their mobile recruiting app and JobSpeek just launched as a mobile job posting application.
