intersecting graph linesCloud-based predictive talent selection technology provider, Chequed.com, has announced the release of a new technology to give employers access to larger talent pools containing difficult-to-find candidates who are ready to make a career change. ChequedAttract is built on a proprietary platform that integrates behavioral science with software for enabling data-driven assessments of job applicants. The new modules allow references of job candidates to opt-in for information about a company’s employment opportunities. This feature taps into hard-to-reach markets of passive job seekers and acts as a no-cost method for increasing the talent pipeline.

The ChequedAttract module addition introduces the Hire Readiness Indicator, which evaluates the job satisfaction of references while rating the likelihood that candidates are ready to make a job change. Employers can then prioritize recruitment efforts around those candidates who are most likely to change careers. This increases the chances for successfully recruiting potential employees in the job market.

“The launch of ChequedAttract builds on our mission of helping companies increase productivity by more efficiently and cost-effectively identifying and attracting a highly sought-after group of job candidates,” Greg Moran, president and CEO of Chequed.com, said. “In particular, through the Hire Readiness Indicator, businesses will save time and money as they add top-notch employees to their workforce to help drive future opportunity and growth.”

Chequed.com’s other modules include:

• ChequedFit for pre-employment testing and filtering.

• ChequedInterview, offering a behavioral and scorable interview guide.

• ChequedReference, a predictive online reference checking technology.

• ChequedSourcing which delivers a recruitment branding experience to the references of current candidates.
