 Electronic Commerce, Inc. (ECI), a web-based HCM app provider, has announced the release of Empower Onboarding Solution, an addition to its Empower suite of applications. The onboarding solution decreases the time frame for transitioning a new employee to become fully adjusted and productive while reducing costs associated with manual and paper processes. Via the web-based platform, pre-hires complete tasks such as new-hire forms, signing documents, and enrolling in benefits before their first day.
