To this end, Entelo Inside uses Entelo’s real-time social data, advanced search technology, and predictive analytics to ensure information maintained in a company’s ATS and CRM systems remain updated. Entelo Inside integrates with any ATS or CRM technology to open up an underutilized channel for candidate discovery.

The platform works across CRM and ATS platforms ensuring that data regarding previous applicants is matched with Entelo profiles constructed from real-time social data. Results are delivered through a proprietary interface discovered through advanced searches while previous applicants can be stack-ordered by various metrics to match by expertise and experience. Furthermore, the solution identifies indicators that previous applicants are considering a job change.
