work feed release Work Market, an enterprise platform for finding and managing contract labor, has announced the launch of Work Feed, a live stream of jobs for the Work Market platform that can be embedded into business websites, media properties, location-based websites, and trade associations for freelancers. Work Feed is a first-of-its-kind open distribution engine for expanding the reach of freelance opportunities.

“At any given moment, we have over 2,500 open freelance jobs on our platform. With Work Feed, we can bring these jobs directly to freelancers through all the sites they’re already frequenting,” Jeffrey Leventhal, CEO of Work Market, said. “As business is increasingly done through a contingent labor force, it will become critical to create a fluid loop of opportunity between the enterprise and the contractor. No one else is distributing work like this, and we’re excited to bring this innovation to the freelance economy.”

Work Feed is free to use and has already been adopted by The Freelancers Union, a prominent trade organization for freelancers. Sara Horowitz, president of the Freelancers Union, commented:

“As an organization dedicated to supporting the 42 million freelance workers shaping the new economy, we’re excited to share Work Feed with our community. We’re always on the lookout for connecting our members with truly freelancer friendly resources, and Work Feed will help us offer more direct access to well paying, professional gigs.”

Work Market is an enterprise solution for scouting and managing freelancers with a stable of hundreds of clients globally.
