G2 Crowd Releases Top 8 Recruiting Software Products

Business software review site, G2 Crowd, recently released its inaugural Grid for Recruiting Software, which ranked eight products to help HR software buyers in their selections. The rankings are based off reviews from more than 140 HR professionals as well as The Grid, G2 Crowd’s software recommendation engine, which factors in customer satisfaction reported by users and vendor market presence determined from social and public data.

The top 8 include:

• CATS
• LinkedIn
• UltiPro
• Jobscience
• Jobvite
• Silkroad
• Oracle Taleo
• Kenexa

During the review process, recruiting software users scored specific features of the products they used. The top ranked eight out of the 41 recruiting software products listed on G2 Crowd each received 10 or more ratings and reviews to qualify for inclusion on the Grid. Satisfaction rankings are generated from the user reviews, and market presence is calculated from vendor size, market share, and social impact. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender, or Niche.

LinkedIn was the only software ranked Leader; CATS, UltiPro and Jobscience were High Performers; IBM and Oracle Taleo were Contenders and Jobvite and Silkroad were Niches.
