“Our new and improved Onboard product is something we are incredibly proud of and are excited to bring to the market,” said iCIMS Chief Technical Officer, Paul Melici, “No longer is it about a one-size fits all document management portal. Now Onboard is even more dynamic, helping employers engage and excite new hires even before day one, allowing new recruits to learn about the company, his or her responsibilities, and more.”

Based on market research indicating that proper onboarding can help double new hire retention and engagement, Onboard is now better equipped to offer new employees a comprehensive organizational overview and a quality depiction of where they stand within corporate activities and culture.

The Onboard solution from iCIMS offers HR pros the ability to create online onboarding portals offering dynamic and job-specific content. The content may be hosted either on-site or on Onboard itself. The portals also automate paperwork and other first-day tasks. The systems also helps ensure internal staff complete tasks, such as account and technology setup, before a new hire starts.
