new release of questionmark ondemand The Questionmark OnDemand SaaS assessmen t management platform has added new features to enable job task analysis assessments. The new 2014 version of the platform includes a Job Task Analysis (JTA) question type for identifying essential tasks of jobs and the skills and abilities necessary to succeed at them. Each JTA summary report provides the percentage and number of participants that have selected a task, dimension, and choice in a JTA question. The release also includes new JTA-related OData feeds for Questionmark’s API for Analytics.

This API gives users access to assessment results data and the ability to provide additional access via dashboards or to analyze results using business intelligence applications. JTA surveys can be used to construct and validate certification programs to ensure questions are relevant to a job. A new Results Export Report enables the exportation of results from an assessment to a comma-separated ASCII file for spreadsheet use. Further security improvements include compatibility with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS).

Questionmark OnDemand enables organizations to deploy online testing and assessment programs on a range of scales from individual to global. Users of assessment authoring, delivery, and analytical technologies can rapidly deploy assessments within a secure environment and grow their implementation as required. Questionmark’s APIs support major industry standards and are interoperable with a variety of enterprise systems while providing over 99.9 percent uptime, Cybertrust certification, and 24/7 support.
