Jobvite Recruiting SoftwareJobvite, a leading recruiting platform for the social web, has recently announced that they will be combining their services with Workday, a leader in SaaS-based enterprise solutions for global human resources, payroll and financial management. Under the new partnership, Jobvite will integrate their social recruiting and applicant tracking solutions with Workday’s Human Capital Management system, granting joint-customers the benefit of increased speed and streamlined functionality between the platforms.

With the combined resources of the SaaS innovators, users will be able to seamlessly share data across platforms and manage the entire talent life-cycle from recruitment, to on-boarding, to retirement. Jobvite also brings automated hiring tools and real time analytics to the table – a natural complement to Workday’s HCM platform functionality for paying, hiring, and developing talent.

The partnership announcement was made at Workday Rising 2011, the fifth annual event that brings together Workday customers, partner sponsors, prospective customers, and employees for learning and networking opportunities.
