arrows out Background screening company HireSafe has expanded its assortment of HR products and services with a free onboarding and applicant tracking system (ATS) targeted at small businesses. A more comprehensive and dynamic paid version is also available for larger employers who want to streamline the hiring process. Called HireList, the free version suits the needs of many employers while the premium edition adds enhanced features to extend functionality of the many available HR tools.

HireList directly integrates with all HireSafe employment background screening services to provide single-source operation. The onboarding system coordinates the individual functions of the hiring process and combines them into a single application. Such functions range from gathering leads and background screening up through the first day of work. HireList can create job ads for job boards including a one-click submission process, candidate sorting into lists, automatic confirmation emails, resume collection, online employment applications, enhanced metrics for EEO compliance reporting, and more.

Branded HireList includes filtering questions for pre-screening applicants and identifying unqualified candidates. This function reduces expenses by allowing companies to focus only on the best candidates from early in the hiring process. The improved efficiency brought along with HireList reduces time-to-hire and automates most of the time-consuming functions of the hiring process.
