The Pairin system is unique because it reverses the hiring process by first emphasizing behavioral traits and design, then turns to experience and other attributes. Employee Pairin requires only a 10-minute online assessment to create a one-to-one comparison based on 137 performance drivers.

This employment market solution is designed to function for companies with as few as six employees in a single position with at least one employee chosen as the model for comparison against job applicants. Each 30-day job posting allows an organization to test the model against top applicants and build a branded job application or registration page integrated into an existing online recruitment solution.
