rss iconOutSolve, a nationwide provider of compliance services for affirmative action plans and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulation, has released a new website offering a no-cost solution to compliance education for federal contractors. The website offers articles, blogs, webinars, and other resources to keep HR professionals up-to-date in compliance issues.

“On behalf of my partners, Jeremy Mancheski and Kathy Panzeca, I am very excited to introduce this innovative resource to the industry. Our goal was to deliver a reliable and comprehensive training tool that was easily accessible to Federal contractors, and I think we have succeeded,” stated Tracy Leefe, OutSolve principal.

The training website is particularly focused on educating contractors on affirmative action and other compliance requirements under Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act.

Jeremy Mancheski, OutSolve principal said, “With the election behind us and OFCCP positioned to expand their requirements, OutSolve recognizes that Federal contractors need a central resource that provides clear answers to the significant challenges they face when developing and supporting Affirmative Action Plans. With so many mixed messages out there about compliance, we wanted to provide a single destination that gives the public access to multiple channels of information from a reliable and trusted source such as OutSolve.”
