peoplekeysPeopleKeys has released the newest version of its Perfect Match Hiring Technology which has been specifically designed to work for small and medium-sized businesses. Perfect Matching Hiring Technology is an online, pre-screening and assessment tool that helps ensure applicants are the best cultural and behavioral fits for an organization in order to improve employee retention and productivity.

The tool focuses on determining the level of an applicant’s “soft skills” such as communication, work ethic, and ability to work well within groups. Perfect Match identifies the most effective blend of traits for each occupation and uses this list to create a short list of qualified candidates.

President of PeopleKeys, Dr. Brad Smith said, “Success in sales, customer service, and management depends largely on communication, relationships, and leadership that experience and education tell little about. Since we provide filtering services for internal hiring to leaders in recruiting and hiring, we can certainly provide these services to the small business person as well.”
