PeopleMatter to Acquire PeopleClues to Boost Pre-screening Assessment Services

puzzlePeopleMatter has announced the acquisition of employment-assessments provider PeopleClues, which will join the company as the PeopleClues Division. Previously a strategic partner with PeopleMatter, PeopleClues will continue its work in developing employment assessments with accesses to the expanded capabilities and resources offered by PeopleMatter.

“The acquisition of PeopleClues underscores our commitment to change the way the hourly workforce works and make it better,” Nate DaPore, PeopleMatter president and CEO, said. “This adds a best-in-class assessment provider to PeopleMatter’s growing portfolio of human resource management solutions. Acquiring the company strengthens the alignment of our technologies so we can better serve mutual and future clients.”

Assessments provided by PeopleClues are service-industry specific and are widely considered the best on the market. PeopleMatter is now the only HR platform focused solely on the hourly, service-industry workforce. Employers in the food service, hospitality, and retail industries now have the option of two SaaS, cloud-based technologies to help them make the best hiring decisions for their respective companies.

Wanda Parish, director of HR for Fiesta Mart, a PeopleMatter client, commented, “PeopleClues has definitely improved our ability to screen the enormous number of applications we receive and identify those who are the best fit for the positions we have open.”

“The traits that are measured by PeopleClues parallel Fiesta’s culture very closely, so an added bonus for us is we have insight into which applicants have the best chance of fitting into our organization,” she said.
