Simplified Employee Services Portal Introduced by iSuperSuite for SMEs

 iSuperSuite has released a fully-automated employee self-service portal for small- and medium-sized enterprises called iSuperSuite HRIS Payroll. iSuperSuite HRIS Payroll is scalable and can compute varying wage rates and OT claims on a per-staffer basis for the day, hour, or month. It also calculates earnings for resigned employees down to the last working day, plus pro-rated income for new personnel. Additionally, the software allows businesses to distribute pay slips electronically for simpler wage tracking.

iSuperSuite HRIS Payroll is a centralized system accessible for self-service function and as a single data repository for personal information. Employers may also set up allowance plans to foster a more competitive atmosphere with managed customized benefits and deductions for all staffers. Additional functionality includes rights access by department/program, flexible pay periods and pay-item creations, mass adjustments, back payments, Monthly Variable Component ready, and bank pay advice e-submission.

It also has flexible online reporting, transaction logs, and statutory reports and forms. The duty roster planner and configurable report writer is completely integral with attendance devices. The system is deployable in a LAN, over the Internet, or as a standalone product and can be easily integrated into iSuperSuite’s full payroll software package called iSuperSuite HRMS. iSuperSuite HRMS also processes leaves with automatic updating of balances, attendance and work hours management, and overtime and tardiness calculations.
