The new enhancements improve identification, attraction, retention, and engagement tools for employers and simplify the measurement of recruitment efforts.

SmashFly has improved workflows resulting in more visible sourcing data in the Recruitment CRM, updated the design of the contact record, and added a new feedback request function allowing both recruiters and sources to track and obtain feedback on candidates as they move through the recruitment cycle. The upgraded Recruitment Management Platform also includes new engagement enhancements such as scheduled real-time web searches for finding and engaging candidates and the sending of similar emails to many contacts at once. SmashFly now also allows its clients to use their social profiles from within its Talent Network Forms system so that candidates can pass information from them to the CRM.
