mobile talent sourcing For companies with their aim set at attracting an ever more mobile-savvy talent pool, Work4, the leading Facebook recruiting solution, has released a fully mobile version of its suite of social recruitment solutions. The mobile-optimized, multiscreen approach makes for a seamless recruitment experience that allows candidates to easily save jobs from mobile ads to apply later, upload resumes to Dropbox or LinkedIn, or apply in a single click with a Facebook profile. Candidates visiting a corporate or social career site from a mobile device are automatically routed to a jobs list that is optimized for mobile platforms and synced with a company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).

“Mobile recruiting is so much more than just having a mobile-friendly career site, although that is one of the key building blocks of a mobile strategy,” said Work4 Director of Product Matt Brown. “Mobile is about having the flexibility to reach your candidates with your recruiting message in real time–on their time, no matter how and when they find you.”

Businesses can use Work4 to attract passive candidates while spreading employer branding or messaging on the mobile Web. Social job sharing allows companies to leverage shared jobs of recruiters and employees using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Social apply functionality also discourages application drop off by offering one-click application submissions, the importation of professional data from Facebook accounts, and direct resume uploading through Dropbox or LinkedIn.

“At Work4, we’ve seen how ‘mobile’ has become ‘social,’ as candidates take their job searches and career activities with them no matter where they go,” said Brown. “Our mobile integration for our social recruiting suite will give companies the upper hand and an increased ability to reach and attract more of the right talent on any device, at any time. Mobile recruiting on social networks turns everyone into a candidate while increasing organizations’ efficiency with mobile hiring.”
