Through a single interface Content Exchange users can browse and sort content, sharing perspectives, post or schedule posts across major social media networks simultaneously, and gauge brand engagement through social media feedback mechanisms such as likes, comments, and retweets.

For companies with large sales organizations, the platform will empower salespeople to use social media to acquire and engage customers on a variety of social media platforms. Adding addition modules, such as the social sales module, gives non-technical sales personnel the ability to manage their social media presence through one-click publishing and pre-designed campaign templates created by professional marketing teams and personal analytics. The social marketing module presents sophisticated social media marketing tools for marketing teams to manage daily posts, apps, and suggested content.
