Insperity, Inc. Releases Recruiting Sourcing Services Platform

HR solutions provider Insperity, Inc. has announced the launch of Sourcing Services to help companies identify and communicate with candidates at the start of the recruitment process. Insperity’s nationwide recruitment efforts are supplemented by sourcing experts using state-of-the-art proprietary tools and techniques.

“Insperity Sourcing Services was developed for organizations that typically need to hire large numbers of employees within a short time period, such as government contractors, and those that need to supplement their current recruiting infrastructure,” Mary Massad, Insperity Recruiting Services division president, said. “Sourcing allows organizations to focus on interviewing and hiring instead of searching for qualified applicants.”

Insperity’s sourcing team reduces or eliminates the need for resume sorting by identifying top talent for client organizations, typically within 24 to 48 hours. One solution, called Right Here, uses in-house and Internet job boards and employment databases to automatically find talent meeting specified qualifications and experience. The company’s Bundled Resume Sourcing solution provides organizations with multiple openings, such as government contractors, with market analysis and intelligence on both the available talent pool and the competition.

Sourcing Services is available as either a stand-alone product or as an integrated component with other Insperity products.
