intellitalent logoIntelliTalent moves to help mid-sized companies find the best talent with its new online recruitment tool, currently entering beta. Designed to aid mid-sized companies avoid the costs of typical recruiting agencies, IntelliTalent offers front-end access to agency process (namely, talent sourcing ), thus providing them with fast lists of top candidates ready for interviews. The service uses a mixture of technology and human researchers which sources and filters candidate data for delivery to hiring managers.

“Coming from the recruitment sector, we realized there was a huge void in the marketplace, one that begged to be filled, for companies seeking the right talent to fill their mid-range positions,” explained Loni Spratt, IntelliTalent co-founder. “They struggle between paying hefty agency fees and devoting a team to resume sourcing. Our subscription service provides businesses access to filtered, key talent, at a fraction of the cost – and substantial time savings – of doing it in-house.”

Dubbed by some as the “Legal Zoom of the recruitment industry,” IntelliTalent sends candidate profiles to recruiter’s inboxes typically within a few days of posting a job. The service is subscription based with plans starting at $1589 per job posting with no additional fees (such as per-hire costs or multiple-vacancy fees). IntelliTalent uses social media and state-of-the-art recruitment technology alongside human research teams to provide accurate resumes of passive and active candidates.
