Monster.com logoMonster.com, the worldwide employment site, recently introduced SeeMore, the company’s newest 6Sense product. SeeMore is designed to handle recruiting needs for small and mid-size (SMB) employers. SMB customers from the U.S., U.K., Canada and Australia all now have access to a tailored version of SeeMore, which will help them efficiently manage resumes and quickly hire quality talent.

Employers are able to directly add candidates via email, which will be uploaded automatically into SeeMore. They’ll gain instant access to their talent base without the use of an applicant tracking system (ATS) or database integration process. This new function of the recruiting platform is beneficial to those SMB customers who struggle to manage the various resumes they receive without an ATS system — resumes from scenarios like walk-ins, referrals, local job boards and classifieds, career fairs and social media. The upgraded SeeMore sourcing tool will also help companies that do not have an employee database with internal resumes of their own employees.

With the email-based integration addition to SeeMore, SMB employers can now 1) search their own resumes, which may help them find candidates they were not able to previously locate, 2) access every capability of SeeMore, including Talent Matching and Talent Dashboard, both tailored for SMB and 3) gain knowledge of their current talent pools and gaps.

Monster also introduced the company’s first in a series of non-English versions of SeeMore in France. This beta-launch version lets employers search all of their talent pools in one place. By reading resumes with a “recruiter mindset” —understanding skills and qualifications—the tool helps quickly identify and rank the best potential candidates.
