NewsTalentfizz, a recently launched recruitment communication  software, aims to provide HR and recruitment professionals with a simplified and easy-to-use approach to social hiring. The software allows users to connect with passive and active job seekers through various social channels, adopting an advanced referral system that organizations can use to build talent pools.

With talent pools, recruiters have access to more relevant talent. Candidates are invited into talent pools from existing recruitment platforms, an organization’s career page, or through connections of existing candidates and employees. Each talent pool uses sophisticated profiling technology and psychometric testing to differentiate candidates and determine best possible fit.

“As other industries create increasingly innovative systems to integrate new technologies, I was finding that recruitment was lagging behind,” said Daniel Padbury, Founder and CEO of Talentfizz. “This lack of sophistication frustrated me so I developed Talentfizz to satisfy the genuine opportunity I could see for a communication tool that puts candidate experience first and process second.”

Candidate’s have the ability to control the transparency of their profile; sharing details of their application and psychometric test with other members in the talent pool is up to the individual. Supplementary application materials can be attached, subscription to company feeds and searchable directories are available, and open messaging is encouraged. These features work to collectively enhance user experience.

“Today’s launch is effectively a white label solution for companies wanting a better and more open way to connect with candidates, allowing them to share information in a familiar and intuitive format,” Padbury noted. “We also offer a revenue sharing partner programme to firms that act as advisors on their client’s technology services and recruitment specialists in specific verticals who are interested in acting as independent suppliers of technology and services to their clients.”
