Oracle Adds Social Recruiting to Talent Management Cloud
The SelectMinds’ product permits recruiters of the use of social connections to distribute job opportunities, source referrals, and market their corporate brand. The Oracle/SelectMinds combo creates a recruiting, sourcing, and talent management solution for reaching better-quality candidates and referrals through social recruiting. Since acquisition, all SelectMinds products have been fully integrated with Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Performance Management and Human Capital Management solutions.
