Recruiting@Work is a part of the Saba Cloud and gives recruiters and hiring managers better objectivity when making hiring decisions. The solution is a social, mobile, and collaborative tool for assessing the needs of internal teams and uncovering the best candidate for each job.

• Predictive recruiting for the more effective identification of external and internal candidates using web-sourcing and a machine learning technology dubbed The Intelligent Mentor (TIM). TIM reviews, sorts and prioritizes candidates based on skill sets and guides managers on the best internal candidates. TIM also makes recommendations to employees regarding the necessary skills and training needed to qualify for a new position.

• Collaborative hiring and video interviewing keeps all participants in the hiring process connected in a collaborative environment and a team-oriented interviewing approach. Employees can offer input on possible candidates and feedback on their experiences with each candidate. Saba’s video conferencing capabilities are accessible through Recruiting@Work for video interviews and the option to record interviews for later viewing.

• Accelerated screening and onboarding allows organizations to effectively screen candidates and onboard new hires quickly. Each job posting auto-screens new candidates based on assessments within the candidate application processes.
