TweetMyJobs Leverages Social/Mobile Recruiting with Ceridian Dayforce Recruiting

 TweetMyJobs, a leader in social and mobile recruiting, has announced a partnership with Ceridian, a leader in human capital management, to provide mobile and social recruiting solutions through Dayforce Recruiting. Dayforce Recruiting is the latest addition to Dayforce HCM. Dayforce HCM is a single, real-time SaaS based application that includes payroll, workforce management, benefits and HR. The agreement deepens the recruitment reach and functionality of Dayforce Recruiting, helping recruiters and hiring managers maximize and streamline social and mobile recruitment efforts executed within one HCM solution.

Dayforce Recruiting enhances the hiring manager and candidate experience by leveraging TweetMyJobs’ social and mobile recruiting capabilities to automate job distribution, accelerate time-to-hire, and boost employer brand awareness. Dayforce Recruiting customers can extend their hiring and employer branding reach through TweetMyJobs’ combined job distribution network encompassing social, mobile, and web destinations. Customers can also harness TweetMyJobs’ proprietary technology that powers employer branded interfaces like TMJ for Pages, which adds a customizable careers tab on Facebook company pages, and the TMJ Job Map, which displays available jobs on an interactive, mobile-optimized map that embeds directly into a corporate career site.
