college and university data released WANTED Analytics, a leading real-time business intelligence provider for the talent marketplace, has announced the release of new graduate candidate supply data. The data offers insight into the potential supply of college students with relevant skills for any job in the U.S. Data is available at the national, state, and metro-area levels to aid employers in assessing talent availability having completed undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs with the skills they need.

“We can show the size of the total workforce in any given occupation and location, but now also have extended our supply measurements to include estimates of potential candidates and their diversity at post-secondary schools across the US,” said Bruce Murray, President and CEO of WANTED Technologies.

Data for specific schools include gender and ethnicity statistics and are modeled from college and university reporting to reflect both levels of education and population diversity. The hiring data is also useful for developing programs for attracting college students, working with university internship programs, and creating training programs for the future workforce.

WANTED Analytics products allow users to view hiring demand, gain intelligence, assess talent pools, find sales leads, and source candidates for any type of job. “We help professionals solve their talent acquisition and business challenges by providing them with a complete view of real-time, detailed, reliable information that will help them make smarter, faster decisions,” said Murray.
