Asocial for recruiters new website from Wordflirt Social Media has been launched to help recruiters and staffing agencies improve social media outreach and connect them to a larger market of applicants. The website, SocialForRecruiters.com, is a content-rich, content-based membership site that is undiluted by the posts and reposts of traditional social media sites. The new site’s approach provides pre-written content usable by recruiters for posting on their own social media accounts simply by cutting and pasting. For social media recruiting neophytes, SocialForRecruiters.com offers a comprehensive learning center and a recruiter’s forum for requesting help from the community.

“We want to lead the evolution of social recruiting content,” said Claudia Loens, CEO of Wordflirt. “Our vision is to see recruiters expanding their networks by providing relative information and not just posting or tweeting jobs.” She continued, “Our new social recruiting content site promotes four principles for a successful social recruiting campaign: defining a target audience, discovering what the audience wants, delivering what they want, and being consistent.”

The site offers two levels of membership, one for individual recruiters and one for agencies and large staffing teams. A social media account on websites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn is also required for using the regularly updated content. With this setup, recruiters can increase their reach and number of followers with a minimum of time and financial expenditure.
