If you are looking to apply to a job directly posted from Recruiter.com or our network of recruiters, you may apply using your resume along with our easy process. Our site is mobile friendly and is compatible with all major browsers. To help provide the most useful service to job seekers, we also will show jobs from other employers on our site and through our email job alert systems. If you access a job through Recruiter.com, but go to another site, the application process will be driven using your individual process.
No recruiter or employer should ever ask you for payment. No recruiter or employer should ask for personal information until the final stages of the hiring process. We ask our job seekers to be very cautious of giving out any personal information. Job seekers should be aware of job scams, which are when people use job listings to try to steal your personal information. If you feel that any contact with any employer or recruiter is inappropriate, we ask that you please report the incident immediately to our customer service team.
We very much understand how important feedback is when you are applying to a job. We use all of the best practices and resources to get proper and timely feedback to you. However, as we all know, corporations work on their own schedules and occasionally do not provide this information in a timely fashion or at all. In addition, because of the incredible volume of job seekers associated with some job listings, we cannot guarantee individual feedback to job seekers.
You may easily deactivate or delete your account at any time through your settings. If you wish to specifically contact us for questions about removing your data or email settings, we offer easy chat, phone, and email support through our helpdesk.
Quite simply, we are a way for you to make additional job placements using the resources that you currently have. Our revolutionary and centralized recruiting platform is easy to use, and we're able to bring you a high volume of fee based job positions. In addition, you can use the platform to help work with other recruiters, ultimately making you a more strategic partner for your clients.
There are no fees associated with being a regular member on the Job Market and working on our posted positions. A pro version is available (Job Market Pro) with a $79 monthly subscription, cancellable anytime.
No, you can leave the platform at any time.
Our platform is very user friendly and easy to learn and we provide several training tools to help you along the way. There are training videos available on your dashboard to help you effectively navigate the Job Market, as well as weekly live demos you may register for. We also have dedicated Client Success Managers that are happy to assist you, as well as full online customer support. If you need assistance, you may send a request to help@recruiter.com or use the CONTACT SUPPORT button at the bottom left of your dashboard.
Using our regular recruiter account, you work only with Recruiter.com. We supply all of the job orders and the job placement split is 50-50 with us. On jobs posted by registered recruiters using an upgraded Job Market Pro account (JMP), you work directly with the posting recruiter and will split the fee 50-50 directly with the recruiter that posted the position when a placement is made.
All fees will be posted clearly next to the job order and inside the job description box as well. You will receive half of the advertised fee if you place a candidate successfully.
At Recruiter.com, recruiters come first. Our recruiters do not bear the risk of client non-payment. On direct hire jobs, recruiters can expect to receive payment thirty days after the client guarantee period passes. Additionally, recruiters may choose, through the Recruiter.com payment portal, to receive funds directly after the guarantee period passes, without waiting, for a small transaction fee. On contract jobs, recruiters receive contract commission payments once per month. Payment is processed after the contractor’s work is verified at the end of the month. The commission is paid out on the first pay period of the following month. Depending on when your candidate starts, the first payment may take 4-6 weeks to receive. Once you make a placement, you will receive an invite to our secure payment platform. You will set up your account on the payment platform. For a direct-hire placement we will schedule your payment to process thirty days after the client guarantee period passes. Additionally, recruiters may choose, through the Recruiter.com payment portal, to receive funds directly after the guarantee period passes, without waiting, for a small transaction fee. For contracting jobs, your payment will be scheduled to be made once a month.
No. Recruiter.com pays one recruiter/recruiting firm per placement. Any further business deal that you have with other people or platforms is under your own discretion and you alone are responsible.
No. You are not an employee of Recruiter.com. You work for yourself or your own company and will be sent a 1099 each year reflecting the amount of placement fees earned.
The resumes you enter into Recruiter.com are visible to your account only. No one else can see your candidate's information; no other Recruiting Partner in our network will have access to your resumes. Our system is designed with security best practices in mind.
We understand how important feedback is to recruiters. We use all of our best practices and resources to get proper and timely feedback to you. However, as we all know, hiring managers work on their own schedules and occasionally do not provide this information.
Our standard guarantee on applicants is for 90 days of employment from date of hire. If a client negotiates different terms, we will attempt to describe those terms in as much detail as possible in the job description.
Yes. You can change your profile and areas of interest and specialization at any time by logging in to the platform and clicking on the PROFILE option on the top left. An updated profile is extremely important as it helps us match you with jobs that are in your specialty. Please take a few minutes to make sure profile is updated frequently.
No. We ask that you respect our right to work directly with our clients. Having said that, there may be times that we can set up a client conference call in order to get your questions answered in as direct a fashion as possible.
While we have confidence in our expert staff and don't anticipate any problems, you should feel free to contact our support staff. We will do our best to resolve any problem. You may use the CONTACT SUPPORT option on your dashboard or send an email to help@recruiter.com.
Yes. As per the terms and conditions, multiple recruiters from the same firm may join the Recruiter.com platform. Each recruiter will need their own account and log-in.
Membership to the platform is subject to approval by Recruiter.com. We do this to insure a very high level of quality in our membership.
Yes. From time to time, we will send out a newsletter with updates, new upgrades and info about company functions. We will do our best to keep you informed! We also appreciate and respect your on-going feedback and encourage your comments and ideas about the platform and business. You can manage your subscriptions under the PROFILE tab on the dashboard.
In order to ensure the protection of your submission and to follow best business practices, we ask that all candidates be submitted through our platform.
While an applicant may only be submitted once per job, you may submit someone for a different job even if they are already in our system. Recruiter.com has the right to intervene and settle any disputes by checking submission times and other information. All candidate resumes are time stamped when submitted for a job order.
Candidates who have applied to an employer outside of the Recruiter platform, or have been submitted by an outside recruiter in the preceding six months belong to the employer. If the employer hires the candidate, the employer will not owe a fee. Employers usually notify us right away if we submit a candidate already in their system. Some variance can be expected among the terms and conditions, as we work with many different types of clients with different preferences.
If a recruiter has a pre-existing, documented relationship or agreement with an employer, they may continue to work offline or they can work through Recruiter.com subject to our Terms of Use. The Terms of Use prohibit bringing new business developed through Recruiter.com offline. Anyone who knowingly attempts to violate this policy will be immediately removed from the platform and legal action may be initiated.

No - at this time the positions on the Job Market are permanent positions. Should this change in the future we will let you know.
Our business development team works diligently to bring fresh jobs to the Recruiter.com platform daily. We encourage you to log-in daily to receive the most up-to-date information available.

Yes! We would be happy to tell you about the variety of services Recruiter.com offers. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Yes! We encourage you to post your positions on the Job Market to receive additional help in filling your openings. To do this, you will need to sign up for the Job Market Pro subscription. Job Market Pro is a paid monthly subscription service that allows you to post unlimited jobs on the Job Market that may be worked on by other registered recruiters. You work directly with otherrecruiters and split the fee 50/50 with them directly. Recruiter.com is not involved in the process, except to approve the job posting and monitor activity to ensure there are not any problems.
The Job Market Pro subscription is $79/month. With this service you are able to post unlimited jobs on our split fee platform for our other registered recruiters to see and work on directly with you (all jobs are subject to Admin approval before going live on the platform).With the JMP subscription you also receive priority on some of our exclusive/select jobs, a free rich profile in our recruiter directory, and earn 2x points in our Rewards Program.
We are happy to let you know the name of the client as long as you are actively working on the Job Market. As long as you are submitting candidates on a regular basis, we will disclose the name of the client to you. If we notice a lot of requests for client names coming through and no candidate submissions being made, we will stop sharing this information. When we share this information with you, as per the Terms of Agreement, you agree to not contact the client directly, keep the client name confidential and use your discretion when sharing it with your candidates. To request the name of a client, on your dashboard, click the envelope icon on the same row as the job title. This will open a conversation pop-up and you can inquire as to the name of the client. The envelope icon can be used anytime you have a question about the details of a specific job description.
Submitting a short, well written Introductory Note about your candidate is critical to the submission process as these notes are forwarded to the client with the candidate’s resume. These notes should summarize what you learned about your candidate’s strengths when you spoke with them to qualify them for the position. You should be sure to highlight your candidate’s skills as they relate to this particular position. EXAMPLE #1: (Narrative Style) John Smith comes to you with the required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and more than 10 years experience in outside B2B sales in the Telecommunications industry. He is currently a Senior Sales Manager focusing on securing large corporate and government accounts. For the last three years he has been at 110% of his sales quota and has earned Salesman of the Quarter three times over the past year and has consistently been in the President's Circle for top sales in his region. John is a proven B2B sales hunter and excels at cold calling prospective clients and has a proven track record of closing the sale. John also has the required three years experience managing a team - the largest team he supervised was 15 sales reps. He is a strong leader with solid team training experience. EXAMPLE #2: (Bullet Style) Please consider John Smith for the Regional Sales Manager position. Exclusive jobs are granted to recruiters that work consistently on the Job Market with a high volume of activity and to recruiters that have made placements with us. We may also reach out to ask you to work on an exclusive job that is of high priority to us and a good match for your recruiting area of specialty.

Response times vary by client. Some respond to us right away, some within a few days, and others can take up to a few weeks. Most of the time they reach back out to us to let us know if they like a candidate's resume, and we coordinate through you to get an interview scheduled. Although a few clients prefer to reach out directly to the candidate if they want to schedule an interview, and we can generally give you a heads up to pass along to your candidate. A good rule of thumb is that if you have not heard back from us, the client has not expressed any interest in your candidate.
Free Resumes are located under the MANAGE CANDIDATES section on the FREE RESUME tab. The Free Resume tab is a value-added service we provide for our Recruiters. When a Job Seeker selects our Resume Distribution option, we add their resume into every Recruiter's complimentary resume pool for you to peruse (or not). All resumes are search via keywords. You are free to contact the candidates and submit them any job on the Recruiter.com or anywhere else.
Recruiter.com is proud of our unique Rewards Program that allows you to earn redeemable points by simply doing your job as a recruiter. You earn points for signing in for the first time each day, for making quality submissions, having candidates progress to an interview, and of course for making a successful placement!
When you log into your dashboard, there is a blue flag at the top of the screen that displays the current number of points you have accumulated. Once you redeem your points for a prize, this number will reset.
You can use your Reward Points to shop for items in our Rewards Center on your dashboard. Items available include electronics, jewelry, household items and much more. Be sure to check out what is available and pick out a reward to work towards! Once you have earned enough points, simply click the REDEEM button on the item and complete the process.
Depending on the client, Recruiter.com or one of our partner EOR companies will always be the employer of record.
Almost all contractors will work under a W2 Status. If on the rare occasion, a contractor will be 1099, we will note this under the “Additional Information” section on the job posting.
Recruiter.com and/or our partner EOR will handle all on-boarding of contractors.
Recruiter.com or one of our partner EOR companies will bill the client directly per our agreement with them.
Yes - Our EOR partners offer contractor benefits.
Each contracting job will display the “Recruiter Commission” and a “Projected Contract Earnings” range. Both ranges are based on the pay rate offered to the contractor, the length of the assignment, and are inclusive of our burden and fees.
Contractors on assignment are paid weekly.
Recruiters receive contract commission payments once per month. Payment is processed after the contractor’s work is verified at the end of the month. The commission is paid out on the first pay period of the following month. Depending on when your candidate starts, the first payment may take 4-6 weeks to receive.
It is up to the client if they will consider visa candidates for any positions. If they do, it will be listed in the job posting. If the work authorization is listed as US Citizen, then no visa candidates are being considered. Please check each individual job post for this information.
Relocation is up to the client. Since the client needs people to start ASAP, local candidates are the default for almost every position. If the client is open to contractors relocating for the role, it will be listed on the job post. In most cases, the contractor will have to relocate at their own expense, unless otherwise noted.
Yes - you may repost a contracting job as long as you do not mention the client name or repost the salary

You will work directly with Recruiter.com and our highly qualified staff. We supply all of the candidates and ensure quality. You will have a devoted Team Specialist as well as the support of our internal recruitment team, who will be able to help you with all of your needs. You have one point of contact - not dozens of recruiters calling and emailing you.
Our system can handle as many open positions as you want. We can also have OUR support team enter the job orders into the system if you don't have the time. For large volume, we have a job importer which will automate the loading of your job openings into our system.
Our entire network of pre-qualified recruiters will be able to view your job specs, but not your company name and contact information. You will only deal with your assigned Recruiter.com Team Specialist and would not receive direct calls or emails from our network of recruiters.
Our site is very user friendly and easy to learn, however, your Team Specialist will be happy to assist you in setting up a demo. Technical support is available as well through chat, phone, or email.
Our company handles all major disciplines in both the U.S. and abroad. We handle both permanent and contracting positions and every type of role across industry. If we find an issue with your types of jobs, salaries, or requirements, we will offer our advice and suggestions on any improvements.
We have millions of active and passive candidates in our system and networks. However, what is most important is the availability of candidates for your particular open roles. We work hard to bring you as many quality candidates as possible and increase support and distribution when necessary. The total number of candidates varies depending on economic conditions and other factors.
The number of qualified candidates presented to each open position will vary based on the nature of the search, and we will always seek to have ample coverage at all times while a position is open.

There are no upfront costs to work with us - we are a 100% contingency based.
Our standard fee is 25% of first year's salary for each open position. Payment is due Net 30 from date of offer acceptance. We will send you an invoice for each placement.
Yes. We will review it and if it is agreeable we will use your company's standard agreement.
Yes. We will work with you according to your procedures and vendor relationships. In many cases, we may be able to help facilitate and systematize your work with current recruitment vendors.
Yes. We regularly work with special situations and are very familiar with most standard systems and providers. We will work to ensure that our service with you is seamless and according to your standard procedures.
We will set-up your account structure in line with how you want to be billed.
We have a 90-day best effort, replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves within the first 90 days, we make every effort to find a replacement within 30 days. If we are working under special terms with your individual company, these terms will apply.
Our well-trained Team Specialists will be able to handle nearly any potential issue you may encounter. We do have an escalation policy that includes our Director of Operations and Recruitment, Vice President of Operations and Staffing, and our CEO.
