I'm the Divisional Director of Sales & Marketing at Career Evolution's in Scottsdale, Arizona; my background is in sales, marketing, agency placements, client relations, consulting, full life cycle recruiting, and coaching to name a few. I have a degree in Organizational Leadership and recently obtained my CSP ( Certified Staffing Professional designation in early 2013); I truly believe that leadership is a moment to moment choice, and not about title, tenure, education, or a position; its for everyone everyday!
