RUN powered by ADP logoHuman capital management solutions provider ADP® just announced major enhancements to its RUN Powered by ADP® payroll platform. The tool now offers small businesses new HR features including the ability to store, manage and access employee information and frequently used forms and reports. The platform now combines a human resource system with an easy-to-use payroll solution, which allows small business owners to better manage employees, mitigate risk and improve cash flow.

“Through our partnership with nearly 400,000 small business clients, we understand firsthand how challenging it can be for owners to grow their companies while effectively managing human resource and compliance challenges,” said Anish Rajparia, President, ADP Small Business Services division, ADP TotalSource® and ADP Retirement Services.  “That’s why we’ve enhanced our innovative RUN Powered by ADP platform so small business owners can focus on growing their companies and taking care of their employees rather than on administrative and compliance issues.”

The improved RUN platform gives small business owners tools to better manage employees through:

  • tracking employee training and development activities
  • storing vital employee information
  • accessing best practice information to help manage all aspects of employee life-cycle
  • processing payroll anytime, anywhere (backed by 24/7/365 live support)
  • previewing payroll and enhanced reports to assist with improved cash flow management.

“Today’s RUN Powered by ADP delivers a powerful combination of compliance tools and resources to help manage both payroll and people—both of which are critical to the success of any business,” said Rich Wilson, senior vice president of product development for ADP Small Business Services.  “We designed RUN Powered by ADP to meet the needs of small businesses and are excited about how our new enhancements can help them focus on what matters most—serving customers, building their business and engaging their employees.”
