Applicant Tracking System TargetRecruit Unveils Host of New Features
TargetRecruit.net, known for their namesake applicant tracking system designed for staffing firms and internal corporate recruiting departments, has recently launched a series of new features for their ATS that aim to increase the speed and efficiency of recruitment professionals. Built on the widely popular Salesforce.com platform, TargetRecruit provides a combination CRM and ATS solution that allows firms to manage their marketing, sales, recruiting, billing, accounting, timesheet tracking and approvals all from a single platform.

Some of TargetRecruit’s Capabilities now include:
- Advanced Candidate Search: Recruiters now have more control over their candidate searches with additional filters and refined options. Interviewer and candidate feedback and comments are now compiled and sorted automatically under the appropriate candidates for more efficient, up to date and comprehensive searches.
- Interview Event Creator: Recruiters can now create an “Interview Event” for both the Interviewer and Candidate, which automatically sends a confirmation email that parties can accept or decline with comments.
- Automatic Tiny URL: With Tiny URL functionality, Recruiters can more easily share open job announcements for social recruiting. Tiny URL’s are now automatically generated for posting and publishing Jobs on Twitter, LinkedIn and various other social media sites.
- Accounting Integration: TargetRecruit now offers integration with accounting applications such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics GP (GreatPlains) to generate invoices and receive payments via Authorize.net.
