launch of krowspace beta Startup KROWSPACE has announced the launch of its beta platform of the same name to pair traditional job searching with social networking elements. Sign up is simple, consisting of logging on and registering, and profiles and job postings are free for job providers. Employers then visit their individual Connections page to view applicants. Once an employer has found a suitable match, it can then use the Connect feature to initiate a one-on-one conversation and access a candidate’s portfolio. The solution provides direct access to interested applicants for kick starting the interview process.

A job seeker is required to build a profile in order to connect to employers. KROWSPACE then allows users to search for jobs, projects, or other keywords before choosing among three options: follow a user posting desired jobs, apply to a job, and sharing a job posting with someone in the user’s network. Following an employer means that each time it posts a job that job populates the user’s job feed. Applying for a job notifies an employer and allows it to connect or reject an offer. Once connected, the job seeker and employer begin the interviewing process.

“We’ve designed a solution that makes it easier and less time consuming to fulfill human capital needs for the job provider and provides the best solution on the market for job seekers searching for their dream job or tomorrow’s project,” said KROWSPACE president and CEO Braiden Tinnell. “It’s all about who you know. And at KROWSPACE we provide all of our users with direct access to ‘the who.’ In this day and age, urgency is often overlooked when it should be expected.”
